Kaitlyn's 8 and New Years Eve!

Since Kaitlyn was born on New Years Eve we have always had a New Years Eve Party! This year we had the Johnson's and Grandpa and Grandma Blake over and we sure had a ton of fun!

Kaitlyn's 8th Birthday Party

Kaitlyn had such a great 8th birthday party! She and her friends went to the Salon and got Manicures done. They had so much fun! We first had birthday cake and opened presents at our house then we were off to the Salon. This was by far one of the easiest parties I have ever done and I think the girls liked it the best!

When we came out of the Salon there was a horrible snow storm the roads were so slick! This was such a cheap birthday party until I slid the van right into the curb and cracked my tires rim, it is now known as my most expensive birthday party, thankfully we all made it home safe and sound! So glad that my sister could help me drive all these crazy girls and also made it home safe that afternoon!

We had a great time seeing are Blake Cousins and exchanging gifts on Christmas afternoon this year! It was great fun!

Christmas Morning came very early for us I think it was about 5 am!

Christmas Eve 2010

We had a quiet Christmas Eve here at home alone. We played together ate a yummy Christmas Ham dinner together and read the story of Jesus' Birth.

Melanie's Kindergarten Christmas Program

Melanie had a Kindergarten Christmas program where they sang a lot of songs and recited a few poems. She did such a great job and was so excited for it!

Gingerbread Houses and Christmas Dresses!

This year we tried the graham cracker gingerbread houses. The kids had a lot of fun creating them and eating altogether way too much candy!

Hiatt Christmas Party!

We look forward all year for the annual Hiatt Christmas Party! Where in Kaitlyn's words "The real Santa comes. All the other Santa's are just helpers but the real Santa comes to Grandma Hiatts because grandma Hiatt and Aunt Lenna are friends with him!" It is always packed to what I think is the most you can fit into Sharilyn's house but seems to add more people each year and still manage to fit. It was so much fun to see everyone again and catch up!

The Girls TaVaci Christmas Concert

The Girls sang so great in their Christmas Tavaci concert! They both really love to sing and are enjoying this group! There was even a special visitor at the end, Santa Clause. They got to sit on his lap and tell him what they wanted for Christmas!
