Hiatt Christmas Party!

This a party that my kids look forward to all year long. It is the one chance they have to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. It sure is a houseful, but the people are such great company that the heat doesn't seem to bother. I was smart this year though and didn't wear a sweater.

The kids were so excited and sat on the floor and just waited for Santa.

Kaitlyn, Melanie, Grace, Heather, Julia, Will and Matt

Matt sat front and center practically on top of Santa's feet the whole time. he was not shy one bit. When he finally called his name he jumped up turned around and backed right into Santa's lap. Then he gave me this cheeser! Oh the element he adds to our family is great! He asked Santa for a Geo Tracks, which in all reality when he says is everyone thinks he is say Diego Tracks.

Melanie was right down in front with Matt and absolutely loved the "Mom" perfume he brought her, wow we are still getting a load of that stuff!
She asked him to bring her a Belle American Girl Dress for her doll, a real live camera and a surprise.

Kaitlyn was her sweet self. She sat on the couch a good 30 min before Santa was to come with me. She watched my watch like a hawk. And when he was 15 min late that was the longest 15 min of my life. She was in true fashion her quiet happy self ready to tell him all the great things she wanted! She told him she wanted a real live camera, A mickey doll, and a surprise.
