Sisters Weekend!

The day of my birthday my sister was coming in town from Texas for our annual Sisters Weekend that we had planned for months. I was not going to let any amount of pain keep me away from this weekend.

I look forward to this weekend every year. We get together and Shop, shop some more, laugh lots and eat lots all with no kids! The pain put a bit of a damper on it this year, but we all still had a blast.

We started with pedicures at this amazing place. oh how I love their river rock massage. It would have been better had I been able to feel my right foot and leg, but it was still amazing!

This is exactly what the doctor should have ordered a much needed ped will boost anyone up!

We then ate my birthday dinner at the cheesecake factory. Oh how I love that place! It was worth the wait!

We stayed at moms this year to save money. Julie made me a Pavlova for my cake. Wow I love that stuff! I have hinting to her for the past three years to make it for my birthday. I guess this year was the year!

Lots of laughs together. Mom got out all of our formals and told us she was either getting rid of them or we had to take them with us. I gave most of mine to my sister to alter so her girls could wear, but the rest were way too much 80's. right by all the formals she came across her wedding dress. Jess Tried it on and it fit her perfectly. It was so funny! Here is Jess and Mom with a picture of mom in the same dress.

We spent most of the next day shopping! Tai Pan, that place I love, but with my back and leg I am sad to say I spent most of my time lounged on a soft chair. We hit the Shade sale and just shopped and shopped. I was so sore when I got back to moms, and decided that I wouldn't be shopping for a while after that.

We did some necklaces and watches this year which turned out to be a lot of fun.

It is not Sister Weekend without some good ol fun dip. T?his year we didn't even have to wait for mom to go to bed to break it out. Supper Yummo! And it defiantly gives us that second wind and lot of laughter!

We were lucky to get to see Nate too. He came with Annette for a college audition at BYU.

What a fun weekend! It is always so much fun to get together with Sisters! Way too much shopping, laughing and fun!! I can't wait until next year!
